My first refund request was on September 8th, the refund ticket was created (and acknowledged) on September 14th and I followed up with another email on September 19th. Since iMobie only allows one ticket to be open at a time, I closed the support ticket and opened a refund ticket. The rep offered me another of their software products, iCloud Activation Unlocker, which, per their website, would prevent the iPad from using cellular data, Facetime, iMessage, or iTunes and would become locked again by any attempt to update IOS.
